The University of Calgary is going to be hiring for at least one new
assistant prof position this year. The hire is part of our move to build
out a new data science program, so primarily looking for folks with more VA
and/or ML background, but call is pretty open ended. Having spent the past
couple of years at Calgary, I've been pretty impressed overall with the
university and the department in particular – and this is hopefully just
the first of a couple more vis-related hires!
