NSF and Intel initiative aims to foster novel, transformative, multidisciplinary approaches that promote research in VEC technologies, taking into consideration various challenges present in this field, and strengthen a research community committed to advancing research and education at the confluence of VEC technologies, and to transitioning its findings into practice.

Who May Submit Proposals: 
Universities and two- and four-year colleges (including community colleges) accredited in, and having a campus located in, the US acting on behalf of their faculty members. Such organizations also are referred to as academic institutions.
