Dear all,

The Public Research Centre - Gabriel Lippmann (Luxembourg) has opened two
new permanent positions in the Visualization domain.

The recently refocused mission of the ISC (Informatics, Systems and
Collaboration) department is to use computer science to ease the
understanding of complex big data coming from multiple and heterogeneous
sources by primarily using visual representations accessed via any type of
devices in various contexts of use. Four complementary domains have been
identified as highly strategic for the years to come: Information
Visualization Approaches and Techniques, Visual Analytics, Data
Provisioning Issues for Visualization Purposes and Model-Driven
Visualization Software.

This offer is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing and ambitious
team in the visualization domain. Various interdisciplinary collaborations
are foreseen with our colleagues in environmental or material sciences as
well as with external public or private organizations (e.g. in finance,
manufacturing, public administration, energy, retail industry...).

The candidates should submit their application on our web site:
www.lippmann.lu (Section Job Opportunities)

Feel free to distribute this call.

Best regards,

Benoît Otjacques
