Call for workshops & special sessions

WORKSHOPS are an important part of IEEE AIxVR and complement the main program. They offer the opportunity to discuss topics related to AR/VR and AI more focussed, explore new research directions and novel applications, and provide excellent opportunities for networking. They typically feature regular paper presentations, but also other forms of interaction such as invited talks, panels, demos, and hands-on sessions.


SPECIAL SESSIONS provide organizers with an opportunity to host a session about a dedicated topic related to the conference as part of the technical program. They are integrated into the main program in the same way as regular sessions and typically feature technical paper presentations but can also contain other types of presentations such as invited talks or panels.


Deadline for proposals or expressions of interest for workshops or special sessions is May 31, 2024.
