Mostly 2022 Conference.
This year's conference theme "What you hear is what you see?" targets in
particular multimodal work in sonification and visualization.

providing one special online track for presenters who do not wish to travel.

Audio Mostly 2022 calls for Papers, Demos, Workshops, and Music &
Installations on the topic of "What you hear is what you see? Perspectives
on modalities in sound and music interaction" and on the topics listed
here: https://audiomostly.com/2022/call/cfc/

Audio Mostly is an interdisciplinary conference on design and experience of
interaction with sound that prides itself on embracing applied theory and
reflective practice. Its annual gatherings bring together thinkers and doers
from academia and industry that share an interest in sonic interaction and
the use of audio for interface design. This remit covers product design,
auditory display, computer games and virtual environments, new musical
instruments, and education and workplace tools. It further includes fields
such as the psychology of sound and music, cultural studies, system
engineering, and everything in between in which sonic interaction plays a
role.

As in previous years, the conference is planned to be in-cooperation with
ACM/SIGCHI.
The conference will be organized by the Institute of
Creative\Media/Technologies at St. Poelten University of Applied Sciences,
Austria (https://icmt.fhstp.ac.at/en)
We would like to announce a special call for an online paper session that we
provide for presenters who do not wish to travel to Austria.

# Call for Papers
Please submit your research as full papers (5-8 pages) or short papers
(4 pages). Both will be fully peer-reviewed in a double blind process.
Accepted papers will be published in the ACM Digital Library.

We encourage authors to contribute presentations to the 7th AllAroundAudio
Symposium, integrated into the Audio Mostly program.
