[Infovis] Open postdoctoral research fellow post in Visualising Contact Networks in Response to COVID-19 at CIM, University of Warwick

Dear all,

We are looking for a postdoctoral research fellow within the UKRI (EPSRC) funded “Visualising Contact Networks in Response to COVID-19” project which is a collaboration between Centre for Interdisciplinary Methodologies (CIM) at University of Warwick, Computer Science Department at Swansea University and The Zeeman Institute at the University of Warwick .

The post is for a full-time Postdoctoral Research Fellow for 9 months commencing Spring 2021 or as soon as possible. The post holder will be working closely with Dr Cagatay Turkay at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Methodologies along with Dr Daniel Archambault and a further Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Swansea University, and Prof Matt Keeling from The Zeeman Institute, as well as with scientists from the Royal Society’s Rapid Assistance in Modelling the Pandemic consortium. The post holder is expected to be actively involved in the design and evaluation of “visualisations for communicating epidemiological modelling results with broad audiences for information and evidencing policy recommendations”.
