[Infovis] Updated paper data for CiteVis

We have updated the original CiteVis system 
(https://www.cc.gatech.edu/gvu/ii/citevis/) to include the '16 and '17 
InfoVis Conference paper data. The visualization shows citations between 
papers at the InfoVis conference, total Google Scholar citation counts 
for each paper, as well as author, affiliation, and concept-related 
information.
